Irewole Samuel Oni, better known by his stage name Wole Oni, is a United Nations International Ambassador for Peace, a Yamaha Montage Ambassador as well as a Yamaha artiste. He is a music producer, a jazz artist, audio engineer, synthesizer and multi-instrumentalist with particular interest in keyboards.
Early life[edit]
Wole Oni grew up in Ondo state in the south western part of Nigeria. He began playing music at the age of seven, with the bass guitar as his first melodic instrument however later figured out how to play the keyboard. He was born into a family whereby his father was a church organist in the Anglican church. He graduated as an organist in his dad's congregation in Akure, Ondo state and now plays other instruments such as percussions, electric guitars, etc. Today he has turned into a power to be figured with in the music industry.<ref>"I'm not restricted to gospel music —Music Producer, Wole Oni". 10 November 2012.
