JAC Vapour is a British electronic cigarette company based in Edinburgh.[1]
History[edit]
In 2010, Andrew Logan founded JAC Vapour to serve the early UK electronic cigarette market.[2] The business now operates globally from its headquarters in Edinburgh with sales and customer service driven primarily through the company's online store.
In 2014, JAC Vapour issued a press release stating that it was the launching a "vapourless" e-liquid product, the first British company to do so.[3][4]

JAC Vapour sells its own branded electronic cigarettes and e-liquids.
Product Safety[edit]
JAC Vapour’s bottles feature the relevant CHIP (Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations) compliance safety symbols and a child safety lid. In addition, the bottles themselves are manufactured using materials that are deemed safe for the storage of e-liquids. As a member of ECITA, JAC Vapour defers the assessment of its labelling to them as the recognised industry body.
At the manufacturing end, nicotine bases and ingredients are tested prior to being used, to ensure that they meet product safety standards and that they are fit for human consumption. Production batches are then also tested to verify contents and percentages are all correct.[5]
Legislation and Regulation[edit]
JAC Vapour comply to necessary legal regulations and are a member of ECITA (Electronic Cigarette Industry Trade Association).[6] JAC Vapour are also audited independently to ensure that all of the products sold are safe for public consumption and meet UK and EU Trading Standards regulations.
High Street Stores[edit]
In December 2014, JAC Vapour opened its first high street store, based in Leeds.[7]
