Career
2018: Early projects
J O E developed as an artist during his time at high school. His first project "Future Generations" was released in 2018 on YouTube under his given name. J O E recorded most of his early music on a laptop webcam and continued to upload it to YouTube, and would later release his projects on Soundcloud. During this period, 6 projects would be released in the space of 9 months in the following order: "Future Generations", "Wounded", "Broken for Infinity", "Comfort You", "Silence Speaks Many Volumes" and "Love or Lust".
2019: Aint No Love In The Afterlife and HEARTBROKE HOTEL
During 2019 the frequency of music released by J O E declined massively, largely due to "HEARTBROKE HOTEL" being such a large project, boasting 19 songs. The year began with the release of an EP titled "Aint No Love In The Afterlife" as buildup for his upcoming project.
2020: Recordings
After the release of "HEARTBROKE HOTEL[1]" no more music was recorded until June of 2020. During this period there were 2 notable songs recorded which appear on the 2022 project "Mixed Emotions[2]". These songs were "Take My Life" and "Anomalies", and wouldn't see the light of day until September 18th 2022.
2022: Mixed Emotions
J O E would go on to release a full length album titled "Mixed Emotions", boasting 20 songs on September 18th 2022. There were 2 singles released from this album during the rollout process titled "Goodbye Note[3]" and "Out of Reason".
