Jack Smith (Pentagon)

Jack Smith served for six years as the Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Clinical and Program Policy.[1][2] Smith is a medical doctor. S. Ward Casscells credited Smith with setting the policy and standards for the medical care of Guantanamo captives.
