Jaime Alvarez
Jaime Alvarez (born March 8, 1988) is a professional MMA fighter with a record of 6-1[1] and is the current Flyweight Absolute Fighting Champion.[2] Alvarez grew up in Fort Lauderdale and represents American Top Team (ATT)[3] one of the primary mixed martial arts organizations in the world. Alvarez is currently a member of The Ultimate Fighter Season 24 'Tournament of Champions'[4] where they looked for "the best Flyweight around the world."[5][6] They will face one another for the opportunity to challenge current UFC Champion Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson for the 125-pound UFC Championship Belt.[7] "Florida’s Alvarez is up to that task, and with TUF 24, the opportunity is in front of him to get a world title and UFC contract."[8]
