Jamcracker received funds $28.4 million in February 2002[5], and $100 million in April 2003[6].
In 2003 the company was acquired and became part of a private holding company owned by founder and CEO K.B. Chandrasekhar[7]
In April 2011, Gartner recognized Jamcracker as a Cool Vendor in Cloud broker[8]. In August 2011, Jamcracker Inc was named to CIO's list of top 10 cloud management Companies to watch for 2012[9]
