The Japan Song Translator's Society (JASTS) is an organization that establishes the rights of song translators and supports their creative activities. The society participated in the establishment of the Japan Federation of Authors and Composers Associations [ja] in April 1986. Past chairpersons include Keizo Horiuchi [ja], Ko Fujiura [ja], and Fumio Nagata [ja]. The current chairperson is Tokiko Kato, who took up her post on April 20, 2021.
