Jasmine Mathews (born February 9, 1991) is an American actress of African American heritage. She is best known for her recurring role as Rachel Hall on the ABC Drama The Rookie (2019-2020) and her role as Lt. Hart in the 2021 film The Tomorrow War. She recently played Lori opposite Kevin Hart in The Man from Toronto.
