Jean Bosco Kabera is a Rwandan Commissioner for Public Relations and Media Department of Rwanda National Police and he doubles as the Military Medical Insurance and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee of Zigama Credit and Saving Bank.[1][2]
Early life and Career[edit]
Kabera has served within different positions which include; The Director for the Counter Intelligence for the Gendarmerie (the current Police) in 1999 and was later appointed as the Director for the Combat intelligence department from 1999-2001.[3][4]
From 2010-2012, Jean Bosco served the Rwanda National Police as the Commissioner for Human Resources Management and Support Services.[5]
