Munyaneza Confiance (born 1999) professionally known as Confy, is a Rwandan singer and songwriter. Confy is a promising male artist in Rwanda after winning Best Summer New Artist in the Kiss Summer Award 2021, and his collaboration with Gabiro Guitar, 'Igikwe', was nominated as Song of the Summer of 2021.[1][2][3] His music is about romantic relationships, and in February 2022 he released his third Extended Play, called "1min", after a gap of two years, following 'Shenge' in January 2020 and 'Umuteen' in October 2020.[4][5]
Early Life
Confy was born on February 5, 1999, in Kigali, Rwanda. In 2020, Confy joined University of Kigali to pursue his bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management[6]
