Jeffrey A. Cooper is a write-in candidate in the presidential election of 2016, however he can only be voted for in the state of Connecticut. He is a Professor of Law at Quinnipiac School of Law in Hamden, CT (USA).

Jeffrey Cooper was born in 1968, in New York, USA. He went to college at Harvard University and to law school at Yale University, where he studied to become a lawyer. He was a lawyer for 13 years before he became a professor at Quinnipiac in 2006. His primary areas of teaching include trusts and estates, estate planning, and wealth transfer taxation. He has written and published many articles that cover a variety of topics. Jeffrey Cooper currently lives in the state of Connecticut with his wife and three children.
