Jensen Localization is a localization company for European languages, mainly Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and German. Since 2012 they also offer Russian, Turkish and other Eastern languages.The company is experienced in the IT, Healthcare, Automotive and Tourism industries.[1]

On 2000 Hendrika Huisman was one of the first persons to be hired at Jensen Localization Benelux. By that time, they had a small office in Kleine Raamstraat in the city center of Groningen. Later they moved to offices in the Zernike Science Park.[2] On 2002 a satellite office was opened in Denmark. On 2007 a new branch in Fuengirola was opened. On December 9, 2011 the staff of Jensen Localization Spain is completely relocated to their new office at Salvador Cortés nº1 street also in Fuengirola. On December 21, 2011 Jensen Localization sponsored the charity concert against child cancer.[3] On November 2012, Jensen Localization and Málaga International Idiomas participated in the conference "Idiomas, localización de software y marketing internacional" (In English "Languages, software localization and international marketing") with great success and provided the participants of the conference tips and an interesting overview of the translation profession.[4] On May 2013 Jensen Localization and Ideanto provided a workshop in collaboration with Andalucía lab about SEO International.[5] On April 2014 took part of the Business Network International Málaga (BNI), to be part on the creation of business opportunities and of the newly created group "Emprende" (in English "undertake") to boost business.[6] In 2016 the company maintains offices in Denmark, the Netherlands and Spain. It employs a team of in-house translators/reviewers and a pool of more than 400 freelance translators.
