Tobias Justin, known professionally as Jess No Limit is an YouTuber and internet celebrity of Indonesian nationality. Jess No Limit is Justin's main YouTube channel with the first largest number of followers (subscribers) in Indonesia.[3] He also runs several other YouTube channels, namely Grace No Limit, Jess No Limit Gaming, and Jess No Limit Shorts.

Personal life[edit]
Justin started playing online games when he was in elementary school. Usually, he buys a package to play for ten hours when playing at internet cafe. When he entered the world of college, he sold various kinds of vouchers which earned him profits ranging from tens to hundreds of millions rupiah. This cannot be separated from the influence of him who also participated in an investment program. His sister, who was born on August 20, 1999, with the name Jessica Jane is also a YouTuber with more than 10 million subscribers.
In 2018, Justin joined a group for Ruangguru with Misellia Ikwan, Gita Savitri and Jefri Nichol. Justin embraces the Catholic religion. On October 10, 2022, he officially married fellow internet celebrity Sisca Kohl at the Vincentius A Paulo Chapel, Central Jakarta.[4] On September 8, 2023, Justin was blessed with a daughter named Sophia Eleanor Justin.[5]

Electronic Sports[edit]
Justin managed to win a tournament in online game called Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by ranking second worldwide in the fourth season, and taking first place in the sixth season. He descent also joined a electronic sports team, namely EVOS. However, in October 2019, the team made an official statement stating that Justin was no longer part of it.[6] Several months before the news spread, Indonesian Government officially appointed him as Ambassador for the Esports Presidential Cup in the same year.[7]
YouTubers[edit]
In April 2020, he officially became a YouTuber with online games and electronic sports content in Indonesia which for the first time succeeded in breaking the ten million subscriber mark, and continues to grow to fifteen million customers in just two months.[8] In the same month, he auctioned off his watch to help victims affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This auction was won by a YouTuber named Indra Kesuma for 260 million rupiah.[9]
Giveaway[edit]
Justin is also known as a content pioneer in the form of sharing smartphones and laptops from various brands for free to his customers. In June 2020, Justin conducted a poll on YouTube community posts containing the choice to continue giving away or stop giving away on his channel.[10] Of the 1.1 million people who took part in the poll, 84 percent of people agreed to continue the giveaway.[11]
After several days, Justin asked his fans for suggestions via YouTube community posts on the Jess No Limit channel regarding images of loyalty badges for the membership feature on his channel. In the reply column to this post, many of his fans asked him to stop him giveaways and one of the reasons was that his fans were tired of the sentence "Be yourself and never surrender" in every video comment on Jess No's channel. Limit Responding to this request, he then made a special video on the Jess No Limit channel entitled "Tolong...". In the video, he asks his fans not to spam the phrase "Be yourself and never surrender" in the comments column of his videos.
After that, he held a re-poll on his YouTube channel's community post which contained choices, continuing the giveaway by providing an Instagram username in the comments column of one special video to participate in his giveaway or stop doing giveaways and allocate giveaway funds for donations to people in need.[12] Of the 1.1 million people who took part in the poll, 86 percent of people agreed to stop giveaways and allocate giveaway funds for donations to people in need."Pengumuman YouTube Penting (tolong ditonton)" In the end, Justin uploaded an announcement video on his YouTube entitled. In the video, he announced that he would be doing a giveaway with three smartphones as prizes to fulfill his previous promise.
The way to take part in the giveaway is by filling in the Google Forms that he created and to participate you don't need to subscribe to his channel, you don't need to like the video, and no need to type username Instagram in video comments. Also in the video, he donated the remaining giveaway funds to Ridwan Perjuangan Melawan Kelumpuhan Otak Tanpa Orang Tua on kitabisa.com and to Rumah Sakit Terapung.[13]
