Jimmy Peremene Gidion (born 5 February, 1997 in Yenagoa) is a Nigerian footballer who currently plays for Bayelsa United F.C..[1].[1]
Club career[edit]
In 2002, the Bayelsa State Sports Writers Association (BSWA) awarded to Gidion the Youngest Player Award. Gidion began his career with the Yenagoa City Academy in 2004, as a striker/ right winger. In 2009, he was invited to play for the Bayelsa United F.C. The team won the Nigeria National League title in 2012 which caused the Bayelsa FC to be promoted to the Nigerian Premier League, the highest level of domestic Nigerian football. In 2012, Gidion was invited to play for the Nigerian U-17 team.
