Joaquín Moya-Angeler Sánchez is a Spanish politician and lawyer, born in Murcia on January 23, 1954. He is an author of specialist books on taxation. Since 1995, Deputy Mayor of Finance and Councillor of the City of Murcia by the popular party. There is a foundation under his name (Moya-Angeler Foundation) that assists children and elderly in the Region of Murcia.
Training and career[edit]
He graduated in law, specializing in financial and tax law and taking him to join the team of Teaching and Research of the University of Murcia as owner of Advanced Studies and Research in Doctoral Tax Law and Master teacher taxation as part of the agreement of the University of Murcia for the internship program for students in companies. In 2008, he was appointed to the highest representative of society Spanish universities, the Social Council of Public Universities. In 2011, he earned a PhD in Economics, Finance and Public Sector with an excellent cum laude for his thesis 'The cost of the obligations and duties under the tax rules for the Spanish Public Administration'. Honor's Advisor in the Department of Finance Planning and Finance of the Territorial Observatory of the University of Murcia.
Political Activity[edit]
Joaquin Moya-Angeler Sánchez, in the year as Deputy Mayor, is the second in order of protocol after the mayor and is linked in the important decisions of the City Council. Its powers are those derived from his position as CEO of Institutional Relations and the related public sector management and economics and finance including: Relations with the General Secretariat of the Whole; Office of Government and Legal Affairs; Relations, and referral request trades and reports with the Ombudsman of the Region of Murcia; Economic Relations - Administrative Murcia; Petition or request for advice to the Advisory Council of the Region of Murcia and Contracting Advisory Board; Social Relations of the City Council.
