John Brædder
John Brædder (born 6 February 1962) is a Danish farmer and politician.[1] He was the mayor of Guldborgsund Municipality from 2010 to 2022, and is also the leader of Guldborgsundlisten.[2]
Brædder became the mayor of Guldborgsund Municipality following the 2009 Danish local elections, where Brædder and his party received support from the right-wing parties in the municipal council. He was reelected in 2013 and 2017, and his party became one of the largest local parties in the country. At the 2021 Danish local elections he lost the required support to continue, with his party losing four seats following the election. Following the defeat he went on to become president of Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub in January 2022.[3][4][5]
