John Goheen
John Goheen is a Canadian educator[1] and the federal Liberal candidate for the riding of Northumberland-Clarke.[2]
Goheen holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Trent University, a Bachelor of Education from Western University, and a Master of Education from the University of Toronto/Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. As a teacher, vice-principal, and principal, he has worked in various Northumberland-Clarke communities.[3][4]
As a candidate in the 2025 Canadian Federal Election, Goheen's platform focuses on affordability, sustainability, and productivity.[5] He endorsed Mark Carney in the 2025 Liberal Party of Canada Leadership Election.[6]
