John Kaipallil (born 24 January 1989) is an Indian film actor who predominantly appears in Malayalam films.[1] Kaippallil made his acting debut in Thattathin Marayathu starring Nivin Pauly. He is also known for his important role in Masterpiece which had an ensemble cast.[2]
Personal life
Born in 1989 to Mariamma and K Mathew John, Kaippallil is a Malayalam supporting actor and model. He hails from Malayalapuzha, Pathanamthitta. He believes in Christian-Marthomite religion. His family consists of three brothers namely Hisab Rashid, Mevin Iype Mathew and Vineeth KA, and his grandfather Sajesh Nambiar. Kaippallil is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology, Anna University, Coimbatore. In February 2011, he joined Cochin Shipyard Limited as an engineer just to support his acting career. He completed his schooling from S.H. High School, Idukki. He finished his class tenth from PSVPM Higher Secondary School, Konny. He is fluent in English, Malayalam and Tamil language.[3]
Acting career
Kaippallil started his career with Thattathin Marayathu in 2012 along with Nivin Pauly and Isha Talwar, directed by Vineeth Srinivasan with whom Kaippallil maintains a good rapport. He also acted in a Tamil film Yennai Arindhaal as the subordinate of Ajith and Jebin Joseph. He was roped in to play an antagonist in director Siddique’s Fukri with Jayasurya and others, released on 3 February 2017.
His other remarkable films are Annmariya Kalippilaanu (2016), Masterpiece (2017), Aadu 2 (2018), Thrissur Pooram (2019) and Shylock (2020).
