Johnny Franco is an American surgeon and academic.[1][2][3]

Biography[edit]

Born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Franco attended Beloit College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry.[4] He continued his studies and, later, earned a doctorate of medicine from the University of Texas at Galveston.[4]

Franco completed his residency from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Between 2010 and 2011, he was the chief resident.[4]

Franco is a faculty member of the University of Texas Dell Medical School.[4]
