Jokolo (Georgian: ჯოყოლო, Chechen: Джуокъал-Юрт) is a village in Akhmeta Municipality, Georgia.
Geography
The village is situated in the Pankisi Gorge, on the banks of the Alazani river. It is located 668 meters above sea level and 17 kilometers from the city of Akhmeta. The nearest settlements to Jokolo are Birkiani in the north, Omalo in the north-east, Dumasturi to the south-east, Duisi and Kvemo-Khalatsani to the south. The Batsara Strict Nature Reserve is located close to the village.
