Jolly Chirayath [1] is an Indian film Actress, who has worked predominantly in the Malayalam film industry. She has worked in popular movies like Angamaly Diaries, Malik, Kozhipporu, Stand Up, Koode, and Nizhal .
Personal life
Jolly Chirayath was born on 13 January 1969 in Thrissur, Kerala. After finishing her schooling from St Xavier's High School, Karanchira, she did B.A. in Economics from Nattika Sree Narayana College, Thrissur. She was very active in social and cultural activities right from her college days. Prior to becoming active in the film industry she was based at UAE till 2010. Later on she ventured in to the Malayalam Film Industry as charecter artist through the noted movie Angamaly Diaries directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Career
She started her career as an actress in 2010 in the movie T. D. Dasan Std. VI B. Chirayath has also worked with director AV Sasidharan for the movie Olipporu 2012 as an assistant director. She was awarded best actress in the Jaipur film festival for her performance in the short film cycle 2019.[2]
