Early life and education

Career
Baer began his career as a sales representative selling homes straight out of college at age 21 for various home-building companies in the Cincinnati area. From there, he transitioned back into sales and marketing as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in Cincinnati for Beazer Homes, USA, before moving to Arizona in 2005 to take on the same role for Montalbano Homes of Arizona.[3][5][7][8][9]
Baer transitioned to real estate brokerage after economic changes in 2008. In 2010, he co-founded Dominion Group Properties, which is a real estate firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. Under his leadership, the company has completed over 1,000 transactions and sold more than $240 million worth of real estate across several Arizona counties.[3][5][7][8][9]

Currently, he volunteers his time at the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, serving on the Government Affairs Committee.
