Jonathan Henry Doscher a.k.a Jon Doscher is an American film producer, actor, director, writer and founder of Starline Films.[1][2][3]

Career

In 2000, he was accepted and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.[4]

In 2002, Doscher starred in This Thing of Ours, starring James Caan and directed by Danny Provenzano.[5] In 2005, he produced and acted in Remedy, along with Frank Vincent, Vincent Pastore, and Ace Frehley.[6] In 2007, he wrote and produced the comedy film, The Gentleman.[7][8]

In June 2004, he founded the film production company, Starline Films.[1] In 2008 Doscher wrote, produced, and directed two documentaries, 4CHOSEN: The Documentary,[9] 4CHOSEN was awarded the Best Documentary at the Garden State Film Festival.[10] In the same year, he wrote, produced, and directed Harry: A Communication Breakdown.[11][12][13] In 2012, Doscher and Starline Films produced the film Bluefield. Bluefield is based on the history of the Atwood-Blauvelt mansion, in Oradell, New Jersey, Bluefield co-wrote by Fran Ganguzza and Doscher.[14]
