Jonathan Kalimina (born 24 November 2008) is a Zambian youth footballer who plays as a defender for Kafue Celtic F.C. and the Zambia U17 national team. He captained the Zambia U-17 team and represented the country at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
Club Career
Kalimina is a product of the Kafue Celtic Academy, progressing through the youth structures before joining the senior team setup in 2024..[1]
International Career
Kalimina represented the Zambia U-17 at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup, where he served as team captain. He made five appearances, scoring one goal and providing three assists during the tournament.[2] His performances earned him a “Player of the Match” award and contributed to Zambia’s historic debut victory in the competition.[3]
In 2025, he received a call-up to the Zambia U20 and continued to feature at youth international level.[4]
