Jorge (born George Papagheorghe, 22 June 1982 in Constanța, Romania) is a pop singer-songwriter, former model, and TV presenter. He is the current host for the Romanian version of Got to Dance, aired on 17 March 2013 at Antena 1.[1] He is known after he and his band win the Romanian version of Popstars.[2]
Jorge was part of the Romanian band Cocktail, alongside five other Popstars contestants Mihai Dăscălescu, Sandrina Agape, Raluca Coman, and Teodora Vasu. The band broke up in late 2003.[3]
Jorge was a contestant at Dancing with the Stars.[4]
