Jose Sanjenis Perdomo
José Sanjenis Perdomo was a Cuban secret police agent during the rule of Fulgencio Batista who went into exile in the United States after the rise of Fidel Castro to power.[1][unreliable source?] As a CIA agent, he provided lists of people related to Batista whom the United States might be able to trust. He later headed the Cuban version of Operation 40.[citation needed] He later found work as a doorman at The Dakota where he witnessed the assassination of John Lennon on December 8, 1980.[2][not in citation given][3][not in citation given]
