Judson Roberts
Judson Roberts was born in early December of 1951 and is a historical fiction author. He created the The Strongbow Saga, set during the Viking Age, and the series includes Viking Warrior, Dragons from the Sea, The Road to Vengeance, and The Long Hunt. Roberts continues to work on the next installment and has released a preview of the prequel, The Beast of Dublin, which is set about five years before the events in Viking Warrior and features some recurring characters. The series was originally published with HarperCollins, but is now being published with Northman Books, Inc.
Roberts and his wife lived in Texas for several years, but relocated to Oregon where they keep a farm. He keeps a blog at his website where he updates with progress on the series and his personal life. Before turning to writing, Roberts worked in law enforcement.
