Olusola Ayodele Areogun, is a Nigerian Pastor and author.
Early life[edit]
He was born into a polygamous family but lost his father at a young age. His widowed mother, Madam Maria Ajike Areogun, single-handedly raised him and his other siblings.[1]
Family[edit]
He is happily married to Reverend Oyenike Areogun, who is also a preacher of the gospel.[2] The couple have two children - Joshua Areogun, and Peace Areogun.[2]
Ministry[edit]
Reverend Olusola Areogun is the General Overseer of the Dream Centre of the Life Oasis International Church, which was started and headquartered in Ilesha, Osun State, but now located at Km 4, Gbongan-Ibadan Expressway, Osun State.[3]
He is also the President of the Sola Areogun Ministries [4], and Living Jesus Ministries (Inc). His wife, Reverend Oyenike Areogun, serving as the Vice President.[2]
Opinions[edit]
A clip outlining his position on the sanctity of the pulpits was shared by frontline Nigerian comedian Alibaba Akpobome (commonly known by his stage name Alibaba) on his Instagram page, [5] during a Lagos Region Apostolic Ministration program says, "It's an assault to the Kingdom of God for comedians to be performing on the pulpit of God." This was also published in an article by Daily Mail Nigeria on May 2017.
Also, in an article published by The Guardian on 31 December 2016, titled "2017: Thriving in recession" Rev.Olusola Areogun opined that "The greatest liability in life is a bad attitude".[6]
As covered in the Tribune, he advocated for a life of faith, and intimacy with God as keys for impact and accuracy on the earth.[7]
Tax Compliance[edit]
Reverend Olusola Areogun was applauded by The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Osun Internal Revenue Service, Prince Adegbite Ademikanra, for leading by example in the State of Osun for displaying uncommon traits worthy of emulation for his exemplary voluntary tax compliance. The encomium was showered on behalf of the Governor of the State of Osun, Mr Gboyega Oyetola during a courtesy visit to the Dream Centre Headquarters.[3]

Destiny International College (DIC)[edit]
This is a mission secondary school founded in 2013 by Reverend Olusola and Oyenike Areogun, targeted at destiny preservation for both male and female young ones. The Destiny International College provides a Christian faith-based model of education for students making them disciples and leaders that can meet the numerous challenges of today and the opportunities of tomorrow'.[14]
