Julia Rose (born 13 April 1973) is a Zambian-American actress. She has guest starred in many American television shows, such as Star Trek: Enterprise, Code Monkeys, and CSI: NY. She studied Diplomatic History at the University of Pennsylvania. Rose is the daughter of a United Nations diplomat.
