Just Ant

Anthony Dominic Siracusa (born October 8, 1993), or Just Ant, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer from Blackwood, New Jersey. He is an artist, self-taught musician, and recording engineer.

Aside from his solo music, he is the co-founder of Hillcrest Productions, a record label and content-creation collective.

Early life[edit]

Just Ant was born on October 8, 1993 in Voorhees, New Jersey. He is of Italian descent. Ant's family consists of his father and one brother. His mother passed away when he was 10.

Ant received a guitar from his father at a young age, which sparked an early passion for music. This transpired into a variety of other instruments. He recorded his first song at 17 years old.

Career[edit]

Formerly known as 'Ant Vibe' (2011-2019), Just Ant began the re-branding process of his new stage name and effort in 2019. Under 'Ant Vibe' lies a series of accolades. Through the early years of his career, he released records consistently on Soundcloud and 3 mixtapes on Datpiff named 'Lion Hearted', 'Lion Hearted 2', and 'Pupil Music EP'. In 2017, he released his debut album 'RSVP', which included a collaboration with King Los.

He collaborated with acts such as Tory Lanez and King Los in his career. He also opened up for acts such as Travis Scott, Rick Ross, Fetty Wap, and Chris Rivers.

Musical style and influences[edit]

Just Ant's early inspirations were Eminem, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Blink 182, and others. He records, mixes, and masters all of his records. He creates all of the supporting artwork in-house as well as photos and videos. He is a self-taught photographer, videographer, photo/video editor, and graphic designer.

Just Ant makes music consisting of Rap/Hip-Hop, Contemporary R&B, and Pop. His sound is versatile; ranging from mellow vocals to aggressive, emotional singing; as well as loud, confident rapping. Most of his music contains upbeat elements, though you can also find slow, vocal-focused records within his discography.

Just Ant loves to play video games. He also is a former skateboarder.
