Justice and Equality Political Association (Somali: Ururka Caddaalad iyo Sinnaan) is a Somali political organisation based in Garowe, Puntland.
On 19 July 2020, delegates from 9 regions of Puntland elected the official Chairman of the Justice and Equality Political Association, Mohamud Khalifa Hassan Jebiye, who was one of the main candidates in 2019 Puntland presidential election, in an election held in the conference hall. Osman Abdi Shabel and Abdirasak Hared Ismail were elected 1st and 2nd Vice Chairmen, while Abdishukri Abdullahi Madadal was elected Secretary General.[1][2]
The organization doesn't have a website, but it does have an official Facebook page.
Ideology[edit]
The vision of an organization building a government based on the rule of law, strengthening Islamic democracy, the preservation of civil culture, the consolidation of the unity of Puntland, and the devolution of power to the state in accordance with the principles of federalism.[3]
Headquarters[edit]
Meetings of the Justice and Equality Political Association are held at various headquarters in Puntland. One of them is the Dhahar District Office in the Highland Region, where the Dahar District Association Board meeting was once held. They discussed how to speed up the organization's various activities. The meeting was attended by various segments of society. The main headquarters is located in Garowe, the capital of Puntland.

- Finding and implementing a system of government based on justice and equality and responsive to the needs of the people of Puntland, in order to have a society free from tribalism and prejudice, with awareness and a sense of patriotism[3]
- Fostering and preserving the unity of the people of Puntland[3]
- Access to basic social services and its implementation in an equitable and equitable manner[3]
- Ensuring a just, and accountable government[3]
- Fighting against tribalism, bigotry, homophobia, misappropriation of public funds and abuse of power[3]
- Protecting the rights of citizens, preventing abuse and freedom of thought, speech and association[3]
