Kabale Tache Arero, is a Kenyan businesswoman and corporate executive, who serves as the Acting chief executive officer (CEO) of The National Land Commission of Kenya (NLC), effective 2019.[1] She also concurrently serves as the substantive Director of Human Resource Management at NLC.[2]

Kabale was born in Wajir County, circa 1980s. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, awarded by Kenyatta University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.[citation needed]

As of September 2019, Kabale Tache Arero serves as the substantive Director of Human Resources Management and concurrently serves as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the National Land Commission of Kenya.[1][2]
