Kafald

Kafald or Kaphald is a village and gram panchayat in Devprayag block of Tehri Garhwal district, Uttarakhand, India.[1] As of 2011, it has a population of 101 people, in 31 households, and one primary school.[1] The village lands cover an area of 205.73 hectares.[1] The nearest major town is Kirtinagar.[1]
Kafald is surrounded by mountains, and the main clans are the Ratkali, Chand, Rautela, and Bhatt.
