Kairali News is an Indian television channel based in Trivandrum. It was launched by Malayalam Communications Limited. The channel focuses on news and current issues.Kairali News was earlier known as People TV which introduced on-camera sting operations to Malayalam television journalism on a limited basis.
Kairali News was the first Kerala news channel to hire a trans person.[1]
