Back in the Early 18th Century, one Chaudhary Gulab Singh Gurjar left old Pilanji Village with his family and set up home at Kalka Garhi Village. Today, almost 300 years later, it is a thriving urban village with a population over a lakh. Located between East of Kailash and the ISKCON temple, the village dates its settlement back to April 18, 1742[1]
