Kallumpuram
Kallumpuram is a village in Kadavallur Panchayath. It is in Thrissur district in the state of Kerala, India. It is 5 km north of Kunnamkulam town. GHSS Kadavallur, a school, is situated in this village. There are two temples and two Christian Churches. St.George's Church, Kallumpuram is a 100-year-old church seen in the surrounding area. The village is famous for its religious harmony. There are three local celebrations in the village: Kallumpuram Palli Perunnal is the famous Perunnal in Kunnamkulam and features 20+ elephants (on October 24, 25); and Kallumpuram Temple pooram. It comes under Kadavallur grama panchayath and Kunnamkulam legislative assembly.
