Kalpika Ganesh (born 27 May) is an actress based in India who primarily works in Telugu films. Kalpika was born and brought up in Hyderabad, India. She made her debut in 2009 with the Telugu Prayanam. She is known for her performances in the blockbuster Zee5 web series Loser, feature films Prayanam, HIT, Padi Padi Leche Manasu, Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu, Julayi , Sita on the Road.

Career

Kalpika began her film career in 2009 with Prayanam directed by Chandra Sekhar Yeleti. She then appeared in films like Orange, Namo Venkatesa, Endukante... Premanta!. She became a popular face for her role in Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.

In 2017, she began acting in short films and played lead roles in Meet Geetha, Malli Kaludham and Suspiria. All of them were received well by the audience and for her performance in Malli Kaludham, Kalpika won her first award. In 2018, Kalpika received a SIIMA Best Actress award for Malli Kaludham.

Kalpika returned to films in 2018, with Padi Padi Leche Manasu, where she played a very prominent role alongside Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi. The same year, Kalpika also made her debut as a heroine with My Dear Maarthandam.[1]

In 2022, she is making her debut in Tamil, as a heroine with Parole.
