The Gram Panchayat of Kamand or Kamand Gram Panchayat also known as Kmaand Gram Panchayat, is a government office and local self-government body that governs the village of Kamand and 6 nearby villages in Mandi Sadar Development Block of District Mandi in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India.[1] Kamand GP falls in the Darang Assembly Constituency and the Mandi Parliamentary Constituency.[2]

Kamand Gram Panchayat is located at 31°46′41″N 76°59′51″E / 31.7781°N 76.9974°E
in Kamand village on MDR23 Mandi-Bajaura Road in Mandi district. It serves 7 villages with a total population of 3,012.[3] The Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi), a public technical and research university, borders the villages of Kamand and Salgi (Khanahr).
