Karen Schwok is an Israeli–French–Swiss financial executive known for her leadership roles in the Israeli private banking and wealth management sector. She is the founder and chief executive officer of Lucid Investments, a multi-family office serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. She previously served as the founding chief executive of Pictet Wealth Management Israel, where she established and led the representative office of the Swiss private bank Pictet Group.
Early life and education
Schwok grew up in France until the age of 18. She holds an MBA from the Recanati School of Management at Tel Aviv University, specializing in finance.[1]

Pictet Wealth Management Israel (2012–2017)
In 2012, Schwok was appointed by the Pictet Group to establish and manage its Israeli representative office. As the founding chief executive of Pictet Wealth Management Israel, she oversaw the bank’s market entry and the introduction of private banking services for Israeli high-net-worth clients.
