Karlie's Kookies
Karlie's Kookies are cookies developed by chef Christina Tosi for Momofuku Milk Bar in New York City. The cookies are dairy-free and gluten-free.[1]
History[edit]
In September 2012, Tosi collaborated with supermodel Karlie Kloss to create two cookie recipes, which she sold at DKNY Soho during Fashion's Night Out in New York City.[2]
Preparation[edit]
The Perfect 10 Kookie is made with almond flour and gluten-free oats and sweetened with agave. The 5boro Kookie is made with almond flour and sweetened with pineapple juice.
Charity campaign[edit]
Proceeds from sales of Karlie's Kookies provide meals for children in New York City and around the world through FEED Projects.[3]
