Karo "Karl" Okiomah (born September 12, 1989) is an American soccer player.
Career
College
Born in Austin, Texas, Okiomah played college soccer at High Point University between 2008 and 2011. In 2010, Okiomah was named 2010 Big South Conference Player of the Year and All-Big South Conference First Team, also earning an NSCAA third-team All-American[1]
Okiomah also played for USL PDL clubs Austin Aztex U23 and Carolina Dynamo.[2]
Professional
On January 17, 2012, Okiomah was drafted in the first round (no. 12 overall) of the 2012 MLS Supplemental Draft by Houston Dynamo.[3]
Okiomah signed his first professional contract with Rochester Rhinos of the USL Pro on August 13, 2012.[4]
