Karrar Ibrahim (Arabic: كرار إبراهيم; 19 September 1994 – 9 July 2020) was an Iraqi professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.[1]
Club career[edit]
Born on July 1, 1993, Karrar started playing football with Al-Shorta in 2012, and in 2015 he moved to Al Minaa. The same year, he was called up to represent the Iraqi Olympic team.
International career[edit]
Karrar was part of the Olympic team which qualified for Rio. He was called up as backup keeper.
Death[edit]
On 10 July 2020, Karrar was found dead in his car in Baghdad.[2][3]
