Karthic Ravindranath is a serial entrepreneur known for establishing GoldFarm, a FaaS(Farming as a Service) startup.[1][2]

Career[edit]

In 2012, Karthic along with Abhilash co-founded the Surya Power Magic, a cleantech startup which was involved in solar power irrigation.[3][1] Later in 2016, they founded an agritech brand called GoldFarm, an uber platform for farm equipment that managed 25,000 hectares of land preparation and harvesting services with their mobile app based services in the districts of Kolar and Chikkaballapur in Karnataka, India.[4] By 2018, Surya Power Magic was able to convert 7500 hectares of barren land to contiviable land with their solar power irrigation products.[5][1][6]

In 2019 he moved to New York, United States to build GoldFarm platform for the US market.

Before GoldFarm, Karthic also served as the co-founder and CTO of Sakthi Aerospace which was an engineering services provider for the global aerospace industry.[3]
