Kavita Joshi is an Indian film actress known for playing Devi Sita in Ayodhya Ki Ramleela broadcast live on Doordarshan.[1] and for acting in North Indian films with co-star Uttar Kumar. She made her acting debut with Mannu Dhakad Man (2007). [2] She has work more than 28 north Indian films and 47 video songs. [3][4][5][6][7]
Early life and education[edit]
Joshi hail from Nainital Uttarakhand, her mother is a retired teacher, her father passed away in childhood, she got her initial education from Sanatan Dharma Girls Inter College and did M.Com (Master of Commerce) from SBS Rudrapur Kumaon University Nainital.[8][9]
Career[edit]
During the shoot in Nainital, she met North Indian actor Uttar Kumar and was offered the lead character in the film Mannu Dhakad Man which earned her recognition in the rustic film industry. recently she get Mata Seeta role in historical 'Ayodhya ki Ramleela' telecast on Doordarshan.[10][11] [12]
She has acted more than 28 Haryanvi-language films, which include Vikas ki Bahu, Fajeeta, Alajh Paljh, Natkhat, Nikhdoo, Senapati, Katto, Joda Thath Ka and many more.
