Kaya Matsutani

Kaya Matsutani (松谷 彼哉 Matsutani Kaya, born March 20, 1970) is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Sapporo. She is often cast as female characters noted for their extremely well-developed bodies (most notably breasts). She is most known for her roles in Bleach (Rangiku Matsumoto), Sakura Wars V (Diana Caprice), and Ar Tonelico II (Infel).
