Homare Okamura
Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". Homare Okamura (岡村ほまれ Okamura Homare, born 9 May 2005)[1] is a Japanese singer, dancer and model. She is a 15th-generation member of the J-pop group Morning Musume.

Career[edit]
2014–2019: Modeling and acting[edit]
Prior to joining Morning Musume, Okamura was a model for the girl's fashion brand JENNI from 2014 to 2017[2] and for the teen's fashion brand INGNI First in 2018.[3] She was a dancer since she was 6 years old and has danced ballet and tap dance.[4][5] She was also enrolled in the dance school Tamakko Bubbles, through which she was cast as a dancer in a TV commercial for the "Kotabe" souvenir by Otabe, a Kyoto confectionery company, in November 2015.[6][7] From April 28 to May 6, 2018, she performed in Geo company's stage production Lovelys ~Kimi no Mayoi Michi~ as the character Kuno Risako.[8][9][10]
2019–present: Morning Musume[edit]
On June 22, 2019, she was announced as a winner of the Morning Musume '19 LOVE Audition and would join Morning Musume as a 15th-generation member alongside Rio Kitagawa and Mei Yamazaki.[11][12] On August 30, it was announced that Okamura was diagnosed with an L4 lumbar facet joint injury. Due to the affected area needing two weeks of rest, she was only able to participate in the MCs of the remaining Hello! Project 2019 SUMMER concerts on August 31 and September 1.[13] On September 5, the 15th generation members began a fan club-exclusive web talk show, titled Three stations.[14] On July 10, 2020, she released her first visual photobook, Homare.[15] On August 6, she celebrated her 15th birthday at a fan club event titled Morning Musume '20 Okamura Homare Birthday Event with two shows at LANDMARK HALL.[16] On July 28, 2021, she celebrated her 16th birthday at a fanclub event titled Morning Musume '21 Okamura Homare Birthday Event with two shows at LANDMARK HALL.[17]
Personal life[edit]
When Okamura joined Morning Musume, she was in her second year of middle school. She is currently attending her second year of high school. She looks up to Masaki Sato[18] and Mizuki Murota. Her hobby is collecting cute things.[19]
