- ↑ Name used when entering "Miss UP FESTIVAL" in SEIJO UNIV held on November 2, 1986. In the May 1987 issue of "UP TO BOY", the gravure says, "The name I borrowed from her friend, 東 智子." None of the issues in this magazine showed how to pronounce her name as kanji characters can have multiple pronunciations, but in the January 1987 article, there was a space between 東 and 智子.
- ↑ A pen name used while a member of Wink. In an interview with Wink fan club newsletter "Winkers Party" No. 25 (August 1993) p.3, Suzuki wrote the lyrics of "I Wanna Leave You" from Wink's album "Αφροδιτη" (Aphrodite). However, in the pamphlet insert with the album listed the lyric writer as "Miyoko.A".
