Keith Saltojanes is an comedian and writer based in Los Angeles, California.
He is Guinness World Record Holder and currently writing for National Lampoon.
Keith is also the founder of the improvisational creative training center Improv LA.
Early Life[edit]
Keith Saltojanes graduated from The University of Central Florida Conservatory Theatre where he wrote the first student-written play to be performed and co-founded the school's first improv club.[1]
After graduating he continued his studies performing at improvisational theaters including Upright Citizens Brigade, Improv Olympic, and Second City Hollywood.

After college, Keith began writing live sketch comedy shows performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Comedy Central Stage, Second City Hollywood, Pack Theater, Nerdist Stage, Edinburgh Comedy Festival, Chicago Improv Festival, SF Sketchfest, and iO West (where he co-created the sketch comedy program and was a member of the longest running groups, Brute Squad).[2]
His original internet shorts have been viewed over 25 million times and featured by The Huffington Post, Forbes, A.V. Club, Buzzfeed, The Chive, Break, Reddit, eBaum's World, and Nerdist.com. [3]
In 2015, Keith was a staff writer for the CBS Diversity Showcase and in 2017 was a finalist for the ABC Writing Talent Showcase.
Keith currently writes and performs pieces at National Lampoon for their Final Edition podcast[4] and was a part of the newest National Lampoon record "Are There Any Triggers Here," the first album they've made in 35 years.[5]
In addition, he is in production for an original series he created.
Actor[edit]
Keith has been seen on screen in many different roles, first notably in an episode of Forensic Files.[6]
He appeared opposite Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander, and Larry David in the season seven Seinfeld reunion episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, multiple episodes of season one of Community and on Comedy Central for a piece on Problematic with Moshe Kasher.[7]
Recently, Keith has been appearing in comedic video shorts with Hannah Stocking created by Shots Studios.[8]
Teacher[edit]
In 2010, Keith founded Improv LA a creative training center based in Los Angeles. The school holds classes based in improvisational up to eight times every week in addition to teaching workshops around the world. Recently Keith traveled to Beijing to introduce long form improvisation to China leading the students there in performing the first ever Chinese spoken Harold.
The school has won many awards, been featured by Forbes and has hosted seminars in creativity for such companies as Walt Disney Studios, Netflix, Fox Animation Studios, Electronic Arts, NBC-Universal, IBM, CBS Television, Kaiser Permanente, United Way, Blue Shield, UCLA, Tishman Speyer, HGTV, Oxygen Network and is a yearly guest speaker at The University of Southern California.
In 2018, it was announced Keith will be co-writing the first book under the Improv-LA banner.

Keith Saltojanes also has a background in variety arts, as a clown and juggler in Esmeralda's Traveling Circus, and a magician member of the Magic Castle. [9]
