He also describe features of a national Digital Identity card.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14]

He also work as an Healthcare professional and wrote some research on the public health system in India.[15][16][17][18]

Early life & Education

Atul Kumar was born on 29 August 1995 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, which is also known as the middle state or Heart of India. He comes from a middle-class family and he is the youngest son in his family He also has a sister and brother who are older than him. Atul completed his school years at Government Higher Secondary School Morar, Gwalior after that he start his graduation from ITM University Gwalior and completed in the year 2017.

Career

Digital India

Digitalization...For the prosperous nation[19] In 2017, He wrote an book, which is based on the theme of Digital India. The purpose of this book is to spread awareness regarding the Digital India plan among Indian citizens. The author wrote this because he want to convey his opinion about the Digital India plan as well as the Aadhaar card, Their idea was based on the improvement of the Aadhaar card and he want to use Aaadhar as a multipurpose identity card (Eg. Travelling, Daily life, Entry & Exit of any places like bus stand or railway station, Crime investigation, etc.).

According to His idea:

"He wanted to connect Aadhaar card with voter Identity card then he wants to use fingerprint necessary during Election to create transparency between Election commission and Indian citizens."

Poetry

Ta'aruf is the second book of Atul Kumar published in July 2018. This is India's first poetry collection, in which a student & professor penned together about the journey of life.[20]
