Ken Todd (born 20 July 1945) is an English businessman, restaurateur, television personality and humanitarian. He is best known for being the husband of Lisa Vanderpump, and from appearing on the American reality television shows The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules.

Todd and his wife, Lisa Vanderpump, have owned 36 restaurants, bars and clubs across the United Kingdom and the United States, including The Shadow Lounge, Bar Soho, SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Villa Blanca, Pump Restaurant, Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Vanderpump à Paris.

Kenneth Todd was born in London, England on 20 July 1945. He has a twin sister called Maureen.

From 2010 to 2019, Todd made appearances on Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Todd’s wife is an original cast member of the show. On June 3, 2019, Vanderpump announced her departure from the show after nine seasons.[1]

Since 2013, Todd has made appearances on a spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Vanderpump Rules, which focuses on the staff at the couples restaurants and bars SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar in West Hollywood, California.

In March 2021, Todd made appearances on E! Entertainment’s Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump.

Business[edit]

Prior to working in the restaurant business, Todd worked in the textile industry.

Before moving to the US, Todd had 26 restaurants, bars and clubs that he co-owned with his wife. The couple currently own 5 restaurants in the United States, three in California and two in Las Vegas; SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant, Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar, Vanderpump Cocktail Garden and Vanderpump à Paris.[2][3][4][5]

In August 2009, the couple opened their first restaurant in LA, Villa Blanca. In 2020, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Vanderpump announced Villa Blanca would be closing.[6]

Personal life[edit]

In 1964, at the age of 19, Todd married Pamela Todd. The couple divorced two years later. Together they have one son, Warren Todd (b. 21 April 1966).[7] Todd had sole custody of Warren since the age of two.

Todd met his wife, Lisa Vanderpump, at his first bar, Cork's Wine Bar in Kensington, London in 1982.[8] The couple wed on 28 August 1982, at United Reformed Church. Together they have two children: a daughter, Pandora,[9] and an adopted son, Max.[10] Todd has three grandsons, two through his eldest son Warren and one through his daughter Pandora.[11] In 2012, Todd and Vanderpump renewed their wedding vows.

Todd currently resides in Beverly Hills, California.[12]

Todd has lived in London, Cheltenham, Monaco and the South of France. He also owns a house in Montecito, California.[13]

In 2011, the couple sold their Beverly Park house for $18.8 million[14] and bought a $12 million house in the neighborhood of Benedict Canyon.[15]
